CTAPS (formerly Cheltenham and Tewkesbury Pupil Referral Service) was established in April 2013 as a result of central government changes to school funding. CTAPS is a pupil referral unit based at St George’s Centre in Cheltenham that provides educational provision for children between 5 – 16 years of age.
